Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are estimates only.
Final pricing, scope of work, and service terms are defined only in a written proposal and/or service agreement.
All cleaning services are governed by a separate Commercial Cleaning Service Agreement.
No services are confirmed until accepted in writing.

Scope of Services

Cleaning services are limited to those specifically listed in the agreed-upon Scope of Work. Services not listed are excluded unless approved in writing.

We do not perform repairs, maintenance, restoration, or specialty services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Post-Construction & High-Risk Cleaning Disclaimer

Post-construction and specialty cleaning involve increased risk due to dust, debris, sharp materials, unfinished surfaces, and changing jobsite conditions.

Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed, cured, or sealed materials
Construction defects or surface failures
Damage caused by other contractors or prior service providers

Glass, Floors & Surface Care

Surfaces are cleaned using commercially accepted methods appropriate for the surface type as identified during the walkthrough.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing scratches, chips, etching, stains, or discoloration
Defective, improperly installed, or manufacturer-restricted surfaces
Damage caused by wear, age, or prior service providers

Certain specialty or delicate surfaces may be excluded unless disclosed in advance and approved in writing.

Access, Safety & Site Conditions

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the facility, utilities, and work areas.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend service if unsafe conditions are present, including but not limited to:

Active construction without prior agreement
Exposed hazards
Unsecured equipment or materials

Missed access or unsafe conditions may result in charges as outlined in the service agreement.

Photography & Documentation

For quality assurance, training, and documentation, we may take non-identifying photos of work areas before or after service.

Photos will not include people or confidential materials and will not be publicly shared without permission.

No Guarantees (Website Content)

While we strive to keep website content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from use of this website or reliance on website content.

Service-related liability is governed solely by the signed service agreement.
